Rowland Reading Foundation, Inc. (RRF) is committed to the privacy of its online visitors, and respects your choice about how your personal information is used. This policy states the measures we take to provide a safe online environment. General Website
Personal information includes your name, position, e-mail address, school name, address, phone number, or payment information if you buy something.
The only way we know you is when you introduce yourself in an email, place an order, submit a testimonial, request information or customer service, or sign-up for a newsletter or in-service training.
By submitting a testimonial (including any photo of yourself), you permit RRF to share it with others on our websites, its social media sites, in Teacher Guides, and in Rowland Reading Foundation promotional material.
In the General Website, Rowland Reading Foundation does not knowingly gather any information from children under the age of 13. Rowland Reading Foundation does not sell products to children. We sell educational materials for children to adults. If someone under the age of 13 provides us with personal information, we ask that the child's parent or guardian contact us and request removal of the information from our records, which we will promptly do.
We provide a link to our Privacy Policy on pages where personal information is collected.
How we use and don't use your personal information
We use the personal information our visitors submit to provide the services you request. To provide some of our services, we provide this information to other companies that work on our behalf.
We may also use your personal information to send you promotional e-mails, mailings or call you with information about Rowland Reading Foundation products, or programs we think might interest you. We don't use your personal information for any other reason. Most importantly,

For Our Teachers
For Our Teachers is a separate section of our website in which RRF offers Online Materials to subscribers of an Annual License. Teachers, who are authorized users under an Annual License, may use Online Materials to enhance the classroom experience of their students. In this section of our website (as distinct from the General Website), RRF collects personally identifiable information of students who are children under the age of 13 from teachers who are authorized users. We safeguard the privacy of this information according to the terms of the Annual License (hyper text link to Annual License).
Security measures
We have put in place physical, electronic and management procedures that use commercially reasonable standards to safeguard the personal information we collect on-line. We use technology to protect credit card data during transmission to our web site. Please note that we cannot guarantee that such personal information may not be accessed or disclosed through a security breach. If we learn of a security breach, we may post a notice on our website or attempt to notify you electronically so you can take appropriate protective steps.
Notification of changes
When we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will inform you by updating the date of the Privacy Policy.
